The weight of unresolved trauma can cast a shadow over various aspects of life. Relationships strained, self-esteem shaken and daily functioning disrupted - I recognize the profound impact these experiences can have. Let me join you on the path to understanding and overcoming these challenges.

Perhaps you find it challenging to connect with others or you’re experiencing overwhelming emotions that seem to surface unexpectedly. Sleep disturbances, anxiety and a persistent sense of unease might be your daily companions. Through compassionate dialogue, we aim to uncover the roots of these struggles.

It may feel impossible now, but you can overcome these challenges. You can feel whole again. You can heal. And I can help you get there.

I can help.

I will help you to:

  • Identify the root of the problems you’re experiencing

  • Learn tools to help you manage emotional overwhelm

  • Safely process the difficult life experiences that are continuing to impact you

By creating a space for exploration and understanding, I guide you towards reclaiming control over your narrative. Together, we work to build resilience, foster self-compassion and equip you with tools to navigate life’s challenges.
